Hosting a cocktail party, children’s birthday party, Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah, and need an extra pair of hands? Need an evening off for a well deserved date-night? This one year registration gives you unlimited access to a number of highly qualified baby-sitters waiting to provide this service.
How does the Babysitting Registry work?
Step 1:Register with the Agency
In order to begin using this service, you must first register with the Agency, which includes:· Filling out an on-line Babysitting Registry Form.· Pay the non-refundable yearly registration fee.*This fee also covers the cost of conducting a nationwide background check on the babysitter.· Sign and fax us the client referral agreement and credit card authorization forms.
Step 2:Booking a care-giver
Contact the agency with your request for a care-giver at least 48 hours before service is to be rendered. A résumé of the care-giver including a photo, education and work experience will be faxed or emailed to you. We will also send you the results of the background check we conduct on the care-giver.Our Babysitters undergo a rigorous background investigation including:
·Criminal checks· Driving reference· Sex offender checks· Social Security verification· Reference Verification
Step 3:Booking Confirmation
Once we have confirmed your booking with a professional care-giver you will receive an email confirmation and a follow-up call with the provider’s name, phone number and email address. Before the booking the provider will call you to introduce herself and confirm the dates, times and discuss your request. *If you need to cancel your reservation please call at least 4 hours in advance to avoid being billed for the 4 hour minimum requirement.
Step 4:At your booking
The care-giver will arrive 15 minutes before schedule with a checklist and release form you will need to fill out which will give her more pertinent information on your family and your needs. You also have the option to request this checklist in advance of your booking date.
Step 5:After your bookingThe care-giver will review the day or evening with you at the designated completion time. At that time you are expected to pay her for each hour of her work, with the minimum being 4 hours. *The hourly rate various depending upon location. The hourly rate averages $12-$15 per sitter for one child. The babysitting rates maybe higher for multiple children ranging from $15-$25 per hour depending on location.
