Each of our applicants is carefully interviewed for their qualifications, personality and experience; we also focus on honesty, integrity and loyalty. We understand that our reputation depends on the trustworthiness and reliability of the applicants we refer, and so we work closely with them in order to ensure they adhere to our high standards.

Every applicant we refer to families has a minimum of two years experience in their field and has undergone extensive background checks and screening. We embrace the philosophy that we will not refer anyone we would not want to work in our own homes. We understand the vulnerability of a helpless child, an elderly parent, and home that is entrusted to someone you are still getting to know. With that in mind we ensure that all pertinent information about the applicants is reviewed and we contact the applicant’s references to confirm their identity.

Understanding the significance of safety and the need for well-versed and trained employees in the home, we also offer several childcare training programs that you may take advantage of once you have selected your employee. Additional training contributes to a higher level of expertise and productivity.
